VIP Panel, is short for vacuum insulation panel, is a new type of high-efficiency, energy-saving and environmentally friendly insulation material produced using the principle of vacuum insulation. The principle is to fill the core material in the vacuum protective layer, thereby effectively preventing the heat transfer caused by air convection, greatly reducing the thermal conductivity, and achieving the insulation effect. Specifically, the structure of the VIP board is mainly composed of three parts: core material, gas barrier layer and getter. It mainly uses glass fiber as the core material, vacuum barrier film as the gas barrier material, and adds getter material, and then is highly vacuumed by a vacuum packaging machine. The biggest feature of the VP board is that it can effectively avoid the heat transfer caused by air convection, and the thermal conductivity can be greatly reduced, thereby achieving the insulation effect. The thermal conductivity of this material can reach 0.002~0.006w/m.k, which is 1/10 of the thermal conductivity of traditional insulation materials.
