Bangdong stocks a wide range of industry standard sizes of both welded and seamless stainless steel pipes. Our inventories primarily consist of the austenitic grades of 304, 304L, 316, 316L, in a size range from 1/8" to 24" NPS. Material is stocked in the annealed and pickled, bright annealed, mill finish and polished conditions. These are the four most popular austenitic grades of stainless steel piping which provide excellent corrosion resistance.
We produce ERW pipe by roll forming hot rolled coil into a pipe shape, welding the edges together with a high frequency welder, annealing the weld and cutting the finished product to length on a continuous line. The pipe may then undergo additional testing or finishing operations, such as hydrotesting and end beveling.
ERW Pipe is available in all the common sizes, up to 18 NPS, and is suitable for welding, grooving, threading and bending. All BD black pipe is treated with our proprietary MIC Shield antimicrobial coating to prevent corrosion, for extended service life in all kinds of low-pressure and mechanical applications, as well as air, steam, water, and gas lines. It`s also available in a variety of combinations: ASTM A53 ERW Type E, Grade B can be purchased in plain end, roll groove, threaded and coupled, or threads only (one end or both).
