(2)good thermal conductivity, high temperature resistance, high pressure and corrosion resistance, with sufficient heat dissipation capacity and small heating area

(3) there should be a small coefficient of friction between the piston and its wall.

(4) when the temperature changes, the size and shape change should be small, and the clearance between the cylinder head wall should be kept minimum.

(5) small thermal expansion coefficient and small specific gravity, with good abrasion reduction and thermal strength.

Piston is one of the main moving parts of diesel engine,The diesel engine piston passes the gas pressure through the connecting rod to the crankshaft to realize the transformation of the heat energy to the mechanical energy ,The working condition of the piston is rather harsh, it is with a temperature of 1400-1800 DEG C, and the pressure ,Up to 13MPa gas phase contact, resulting in a large thermal stress and alternating mechanical stress
