GS/G(D) 5–Axis CNC Pipe Profile Cutting Machine
This CNC plasma cutting machine consists of pipe rotation axis, horizontal axis that torch moves along pipe axis, plain swinging axis that torch moves along pipe axis, plain swinging axis that torch moves along pipe dia eter and torchlifting axis. Pipe diameter for cutting robot is available from 60mm-1000mm. Pipe is maximum in length 12000 mm and hold by self centering chuck. This cutting equipment is versatile in application and can perform many operations such as beveling, intersecting-line hole cutting, end cutting of intersection line, and various kinds of intersection line cutting of tube truss. Processing pipe thickness 5-50mm, plasma cutting thickness is based on power.
