Product Details
Submerged arc welding machine both side adopt AC inverter motor-inverter control drive, can achieve a wide range of speed adjust, breaking contradiction of walking travel high speed and operation low speed. Beam for welding robot equipped with vertical moving device on both side to drive welding head; use machinery gear rack to adjust the Position of machine head; tw-man agency and guide wheel consist of arc guiding device, welding position accurately, so welding seam quality is high. Left and right fine adjusting device on the arcing device is used to manual adjust, make use of the resilience of the spring to achieve a small range of arc guiding automatically tracking. All control cable, welding cable, air tube through the pulley delivered randomly to ensure the effectiveness of stroke. Flux recovery system work independently, maximum accommodate 50Kg flux; wire reel is mounted with 200Kg of wire shelve, users can Self prepare wire reel which is smaller than 200Kg. Welding speed of Welding Machine 300-600mm/min.
