Introduction of Bean Belt Type Separator

The 5XDC series Belt Type Separator is using differences of material`s shape and specific gravity, under the function of gravity acceleration, to makes the different coefficients of sliding friction and rolling friction on the material (beans), lead to grading the material (beans). This machine is suitable for processing the round shape seed, such as beans etc.
    Base on the theory, the machine is made by many belts with certain angle, in order to increase coefficient of sliding friction. After starting work, under the function of the acceleration gravity, lead to material moving in the belt. At the same time impurities will be moved to higher position and collected to impurity outlet, the impurity includes clod, stones, half size seed, blight seed and so on. The good seed has small friction, so will drop to the low outlet. It will provide well clean to your beans.
