Rice Seed Husker Paddy Huller

Rice seed huller is used to remove the outside husk, awn from paddy, turning brown paddy to white rice. Rice Milling  is a comprehensive rice processing equipment.

There is vibration sieve inside the paddy hulling machine.   The brown paddy are fed from hopper and fall on the vibration sieve.The vibration sieve will remove stones. The padd pass through a magnetic unit. This magnetic unti will remove smashed steel mixed in paddy. Finally paddy are passed to the rubber roller for hulling. The bottom fan will separate the husk and seeds. Finally the husk, unhull paddy, finished white rice are going to white rice huller different outlets respectively.
