Wheat cleaner seed cleaning machine is one of our main products.This seed cleaner can clean and sieve multiple agricultural products and by products,for example wheat , corn , beans , rice , sesame ,cassia , maize and beans etc ,as well as cleaning of commodity grain .And this grain cleaning machine could be used and seed size grader machine to grade seed to different size.

3. Application
The sesame maize cassia wheat cleaner seed cleaning machine clean and remove light impurities like glum leaves throug vertical air screen
The dust small clod etc dirty impurity could be removed by cyclone dust collector
Larger and smaller foreign objects are cleaned and separated by vibration sieve .
By different layer size vibration sieve, sesame seed , maize seed , cassia seed , wheat seed ,etc seed and grain could be grader into big ,medium  and small size to make the seed even.

4. Working Process
1. Feeding material of  sesame seed , maize seed , cassia seed , wheat seed , soybean , beans etc by feeding hopper,then material is lifted to grain and seed distribution container by non broken bucket elevator.
2. The material is distributed evenly in distribution box,then falling in to air screen .
3. In air screen ,the good seed and light impurities like twig leaves are separated by air wind ; Light impurity are discharged by enclosed rotary unloading valve after flitering by cyclone dust collector and the left good seed and grain goes into vibration sieve container .
4. In the vibration sieve container ,the larger and smaller foreign objects are separated by different size sieve under condition of vibration .Also seeds of different size could be grader by different size sieve.
5. In this working process of seed and grain cleaner ,the air wind speed could be adjusted by air handle ; vibration frequency could be adjusted by vibration motor ;.By these two adjusting the machine working condition could reach to be better .

6. If to grade the seed grain ,the process is the same as above , but  it needs to change different size sieve panels , and quantity of input could be increased 
7. Input quantity could be adjusted by playboard on feeding hopper
8. Fan delivery of seed cleaner control the effect of light impurities separation .Large fan delivery result in good material discharged along with ligh impurities ; too small fan delivery result in ligh impurities could not be removed completely .So a suitable fan delivery is important for the seed grain cleaning machine .
