80-50 IH Chemical Centrifugal Pump
• Product Introduction
IH80-50 Chemical Process Pump is the smallest of IH series centrifigal chemical pump. It is a single suction and single stage cantilever centrifugal one for chemical industry use. Its suction size is 80mm and its discharge size is 65mm. In order to adapt to different performance, this pump can be installed with different impeller. The range of the impeller size is 200mm to 315mm. This chemical pump with high efficiency, good cavitation performance and the medium temperature is 20 ℃ ~ 105 ℃, to the cooling measures can deliver higher temperature of the medium, suitable for chemical, petroleum, metallurgical industry, electric power, paper making, foodstuff, pharmaceuticals and compound fabric industry etc, often used as chemical process pump ,anticrrosive pump (acid pump or alkaline pump) for transporting all kinds of corrosive or similar to the medium of water pollution is not permitted.
• Product Feature
The pump consist of pump casing, impeller, sealing ring, pump cover, shaft and bearing house etc. The pump adopts a structure of rear-door, for facilitating maintenance without dismantling pipe system of inlet and outlet. Much convenience in application.
The impeller nuts adopt steel spacer for preventing loose, which can effectively prevent loose and misplace of the impeller nuts due to the vibration in the operation and reverse rotation.
The material of parts which contact with liquid are made by 1Cr18Ni9,1Cr18Ni9Ti,1Cr18Ni12Mo2Ti,304,304L,316,316L,904,alloy 20#,dual-phase steel,hastelloy alloy etc. we can also adopt the other corrosion-resistance materials according to user' s requirement.
