Bubble air diffuser is developed by our company over year`s efforts. It is a new type of oxygenation aerator and the core equipment of A/O process (activated sludge biochemistry technology). It can be applied to every position of the sewage pool. It is featured by easy and convenient installation and maintenance, even oxygenation and low energy consumption.

1, The rubber diaphragm pipe is made from imported ethylene-propylene diene copolymer (EPDM) and silicon rubber, which makes the diaphragm anti-aging, corrosion-resisting and long service life, as long as 5 to 8 years.
2, The aerating hole is evenly formed, leading to good expandability and instant closing. During aerating work, the fine bubbles (1 – 3 mm) can be generated and the oxygenation utilization can be as high 35 – 42%.
3, The gas vent is used to distribute the gas in a quick and even way. The aerating diaphragm stresses evenly, which can increase the service life of the rubber diaphragm pipe and the uniformity of released bubbles and improve the aerating effect.

1.MOC:EPDM

Manufactured by compression molding with a standard cure,low plasticizer content, and 1mm or 2mm perforations.Compression molding with modern equipment utilizing individual thermocouples and vacuum technology ensures a repeatable very high quality product.

2.MOC:Silicon

The PTFE surface layer protects the EPDM substrate from chemical attack,while at the same time significantly reducing surface fouling on the membrane.we except to learn that PTFE-coated EPDM membranes outlast standard EPDM,thereby reducing the life cycle costs even further .It is used by major cities worldwide due to the anticipated life cycle cost benefits and reduced maintenance. 

Introduction:

Air Fine bubble disc diffused aeration system, which is used to transfer air and with that oxygen into sewage or industrial wastewater. Oxygen is required by microorganisms in the water to break down the pollutants. Fine bubble diffusers produce a plethora of very small air bubbles which rise slowly from the floor of a wastewater treatment plant or sewage treatment plant aeration tank and provide substantial and efficient mass transfer of oxygen to the water. The oxygen, combined with the food source, sewage, allows the bacteria to produce enzymes which help break down the waste so that it can settle in the secondary clarifiers or be filtered by membranes.
