Brief Information

Our workwear fabric is woven technic, single yarn drill 3/1, 2/1 fabric, the weaving by air jet loom, rapier loom, specialized from grey fabric, bleaching fabric and dyeing fabric.

40%polyester, 60%cotton;
65%polyester, 35%cotton;
80%polyester, 20%cotton;
90%polyester, 10%cotton;
100% cotton;
100% polyester.


Features

The twill fabric is very durable, due to the way it is woven. It shows less dirt or wear and tear than fabrics with a flat texture or sheen. Twill fabrics also tend to be more wrinkle-resistant than others.
Twill Woven fabric is a sturdy, fashionable & practical fabric.
Twill fabric has a smooth and smooth cloth surface, simple and soft, stable shape, moisture absorption and wear resistance; especially after ironing-free treatment, it is soft and comfortable and has no crease.
Twill is an ideal fabric for designer to casual apparel, work, home furnishings, decorating, and accessories.

Process requirements: Full process (include singeing and mercerizing) or according to customers requirements.
Dye:  disperse dyes, direct dyes, reactive dyes and vat dyes available.
Special process requirements: water-proof, oil-proof, soil release, flame retardant, anti-static, acid and alkali resistant, crease-resistant, fluorescence, resistance to chlorine bleaching.
