Carrying roller are used to support the conveyor belt and are installed on the groove-shape frame, groove-shape forward inclined idler frames and transition idler frames. A full range of steel rollers are available of idler rollers. Rollers include high quality bearings, multi-labyrinth sealing, greased and sealed for life and other critical specifications essential for high performance.
Main types:
Classic carrying roller is a welded support consisting of channel section and arms for installation of three upper rollers, where side rollers are inclined at the angle of 30° for making the run channeled shape. Middle roller - horizontal, is located on one axis with side rollers or moved forward along the belt motion.
Curved carrying roller is a welded support consisting of curved profile (channel, tube), arms for installation of three upper rollers, where side rollers are inclined at the angle of 30–35° for making the run channeled shape. Middle roller - horizontal, is located on one axis with side rollers or moved forward along the belt motion. Carrying roller made of bended tubes may be integrated with countersunking roller or with usual location of the roller.
Suspended carrying roller consists of three rollers hardly connected with each other with plugs.
