Characteristics and operational characteristics of a frost-resistant conveyer belt: nylon canvas and EP canvas are used as the core. Rubber coating is made from a combination of natural rubber and butadiene rubber and has the characteristics of high elasticity, impact resistance and excellent cold resistance. Suitable for transporting materials in open areas or frozen warehouses in cold places.
Depending on the properties of the cover, our cold resistant conveyor belt can be divided into three types, including tear resistant type (H), anti-abrasion type (D), and ordinary type (L).
According to different cold resistance, it can be divided into two types: C1 and C2. C1-working temperature:-45~+50℃; C2-working temperature: -60~ +50℃.
