GRP high pressure pipe filament winding machine - FWM-H-4 type, this winding machine system mainly carries on the continuous and discontinuous winding to the target mandrel, and it is a system of implementation of discontinuous positioning loop winding by through orbit determination, positioning control to the winding process.
The main features:
- Four mandrels rotate at same time, winding, curing and de-molding implement at same time by a same machine.
- The curing method adopts steam heating to the mandrel inside.
- The thread and pipe body use same material, which can support same tension.
