The Dicer EFQD-550, being designed and manufactured by making reference to international advanced machines, is of trational structure and can accurately cut “cubes”, “shreds” and “slices” at a high work efficiency, with the minimum specifications of cut cubes being 4 mm and the maximum ones being 120 mm;and it is

an equipment of the first choice in dicing and cutting in food processing.

1.By adjusting the cutting thickness knob, it is possible to change the pushing speed of the meat material pushing rod, so as to attain different cutting thickness requirements.

2.By adjusting the meat material pushing rod into step-by-step movement, it is possible in adopting single blade cutting to reduce the squeezing on the products to maximum limit in the cutting course.

3.By adjusting the pre-pressure knob, it is possible to ensure the products being consistent from beginning to end in their cutting course.

4.The adopting of movable side pressing mechanism on one side of the cutting groove makes it convenient to feed materials to enhance work efficiency.
