Structure and characteristics
There are two kinds of long roller table and short roller table. The roller surface shape of the long roller table has cylindrical, conical and curved surface shapes, and the cylindrical long roller table is the most widely used.
The curved section of the roller table adopts conical rollers or double-row cylindrical rollers, which can turn the goods. Short roller table can shorten the distance between the rollers and lighter weight.
Specification performance
1.The roller table generally inclines slightly. When the article is heavier and the line is long, in order to save effort when pushing the article, the slope can be 1~1.5%.
2.If you want to make things self-slip, the slope can be increased to 2 to 3%. There are many factors that affect the degree of self-sliding, and most of them use experiments to determine the appropriate angle.3.When the length of the line is less than 10 meters and the article is lighter than 200 kg, it can be arranged as a horizontal line. The self-sliding roller table is not easy to control the sliding speed of the article, so the length is generally not large.
4.The width of the roller table is 100-150 mm larger than the width of the article. The minimum radius of curvature of the curve section is 3 to 4 times the width of the roller table.
5.The distance between the rollers is 1/3 to 1/4 of the length of the conveyed articles, when the stability of the conveying of articles is required. The spacing can be 1/4 to 1/5 of the length of the conveyed article. The diameter of the roller is determined by the load.
