Lenalidomide is an antitumor drug with chemical structure similar to thalidomide, which has multiple effects of anti-tumor, immunomodulatory and anti-angiogenesis. It can inhibit the secretion of proinflammatory cytokines and increase the secretion of antiinflammatory cytokines in peripheral blood monocytes.
