To produce emulsified products under vacuum state may increase elasticity and density of products; reduce oxidization and bacterial reproduction, so as to prolong their storage life.Uniformly emulsified products may further ensure high accuracy of quantitative filling.While muscular tissues are being emulsified under 3800 rpm cutting speed, more muscle protein are separated out and combine together with fat, water and salt sufficiently, which increases the capacities of water binding and fat binding, as well as the stabilities of products.

After vacuum cover is closed, actual production status can be observed through an inspection window on the cutter. And some additives can also be added by opening this transparent window. The window reduces operation noise.

The main shaft bearing adopts imported original Swedish SKF Bearing, with reliable operation and long service life. The main bearings are equipped with automatic lubrication system, which can automatically inject oil, save labor and time, and facilitate maintenance, thus improving the operation rate of the whole machine
